Terms & Conditions
Effective 30 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Ready on the Day. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
2. Practice service
Ready on the Day is an independent educational practice platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by OET, and practice feedback and score estimates are not official test results, professional advice, or a guarantee of any test outcome.
3. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and browser-bound free-Practice session secure. One designated attempt in each eligible Practice category may be offered for zero credits after required email and phone capture. The category entitlement cannot be reset by submitting another email. The credit cost of every other activity is shown before you start it. Starting a paid activity spends the displayed credits; reconnecting to the same active attempt does not create a second charge.
By continuing through the free-Practice contact gate, you agree that Ready on the Day may contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your OET preparation. You can ask us not to contact you again at any time.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits included in that purchase have been used.
We will also provide a refund or appropriate correction for a duplicate charge, credits that were not delivered and cannot be restored, or a material technical problem that prevents you from using the purchased service and that we cannot resolve.
Except in those circumstances, once any credits from a purchase have been used, that purchase is normally non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with an assessment result, estimated score, feedback, or educational outcome does not qualify for a refund.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and order details. We will respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the provider used for the purchase to the original payment method; processing time depends on that provider. Credits associated with a refunded purchase will be removed from your balance.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer right that applies to you. Creem is the Merchant of Record for new purchases and may also issue refunds under its policies. Historical purchases made through an earlier provider remain supported under the terms that applied to that transaction.
5. Speaking recordings
When you use Speaking Practice or a Speaking section in a Mock Exam, the conversation is recorded and transcribed automatically. We store completed recordings privately without automatic expiry so historical reports remain playable. We use the recording and transcript to deliver and score feedback, operate the service, troubleshoot problems, and provide support. We may introduce a documented retention lifecycle later as storage usage grows.
Do not include names, dates of birth, contact details, medical record numbers, or other identifiable information about real patients or third parties. Speaking scenarios must be treated as simulations, not as a place to discuss real clinical cases.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for your own lawful educational practice. You must not attempt to access another learner’s work, extract protected assessment content, interfere with the service, evade credit charges, or use the platform to upload unlawful or harmful material.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but online and third-party services can be interrupted. We may update features, content, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date or an appropriate in-product notice.
8. Contact
